Guy is responsible for the commercialisation of FinReg and its product set alongside the operational oversight and delivery of the company in line with its strategy.
Guy has been a COO in 3 tech companies and has extensive experience across Financial Services, International Trade, Telecoms and Technology. He has worked in businesses of all sizes including FinTechs, an AIM listed dotcom and HSBC (Corporate, Commercial and Retail). He has been constantly exposed to Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) throughout his career and is enjoying working with technology to meet the challenges companies face in this sphere.
Guy aligns the business with the customers and is responsible for making sure everything functions smoothly to deliver the best possible client outcome.
Simon is responsible for Engineering and Product Development for FinReg Global. He has over 15 years experience working in the highly regulated Gaming Industry providing high availability trading and management solutions across multiple jurisdictions.
In his role as Head of Engineering, Simon works closely with our Advisory and Compliance Subject Matter Experts, our End Users and our Technology Partners to ensure we are creating world class business and compliance solutions.
Previously Simon worked in Melbourne for 5 years for one of Australia’s largest IT consultants managing major financial reporting projects in Crown Casino and the automation of Melbourne Water’s planning system.
Simon has a B.A (Maths) and a B.A.I (Civil Engineering) from Trinity College, Dublin.
Clodagh is responsible for Operations and Finance in FinReg Global. In this role Clodagh is responsible for all product related matters including developing a product framework, collation of product feedback, managing partner relationships and the finances. She is a Chartered Accountant by Qualification.
Clodagh was previously an Assistant Manager in EisnerAmper Ireland’s Risk and Regulatory department and worked with a wide range of clients in the Government, Financial Services and International Trade markets. Clodagh previously spent a number of years working in the Outsourcing and International Business department. Clodagh also holds an BSc in Physiology from University College Dublin.
Kilian is responsible for consulting on the development and management of RegTech solutions. A Chartered Accountant , Kilian was a Director in EisnerAmper Ireland’s Advisory department and worked with clients closely in executing projects, change management programmes and advising on complex financial transactions and regulatory requirements.
In his role Kilian works closely with customers and is responsible for managing the relationship with our strategic alliance partner. Kilian also acts as the subject matter expert on the development of products.
Kilian is also a lecturer with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Steve has joined the FinReg team as a Senior Software Developer and has over 32 years experience, including 19 years as a senior engineer in the gaming industry working on high availability, high throughput trading and transaction processing systems.
Previously, he worked as a software consultant for a range of leading financial institutions including AIB, Irish Life and ICS Building Society, and also BearingPoint and IBM Ireland. Steve graduated from DCU with a B.Sc. in Computer Applications
Seán joined the FinReg Global Engineering Team as a FIT ICT Associate Professional Tech Apprentice Software Developer. He has finished his time as an Apprentice and is currently awaiting confirmation on the completion of his Apprenticeship. Prior to becoming an apprentice Seán achieved a Certificate in Software Development from Dun Laoghaire Further Education Institute while also working in retail as a store assistant.
Seán is currently involved in planning projects, product development and engineering, as well as platform support. His role primarily involves implementing new user interfaces, as well as quickly and dynamically updating solutions based on customer feedback.
Seán is an avid Mixed Martial Arts enthusiast. He has been training in MMA for over three years and frequently competes in both MMA and BJJ competitions
Dylan joined FinReg Global as a FIT ICT Associate Professional Tech Apprentice Software Developer where he was involved in planning projects, engineering and product development and platform support. As part of this, Dylan completed six months industry training where he completed modules such as object-oriented programming, web development & website software, and systems analysis and design.
Dylan is qualified as a Software Developer with a Higher Certificate in Software Development and Industry Certifications.
Prior to becoming an apprentice Dylan achieved a Certificate in Computer Science from Blackrock College of Further Education.
Alison has joined FinReg Global as a FIT ICT Associate Professional Tech Apprentice Software Developer where she is involved in planning projects, engineering and product development and platform support. Alison has completed six months of industry training where she completed modules such as object-oriented programming, web development and website software, and systems analysis and design.
Alison currently works four days a week as part of our engineering team alongside one day a week of further training. By the end of her apprenticeship she will be qualified as a Software Developer with a Higher Certificate in Software Development and Industry Certifications.
Prior to becoming an apprentice Alison achieved a Diploma in Fullstack Software Development from The Code Institute, and in Medical Device Technology and Business from Griffith College. Alison also holds a BSc in Athletic Therapy and Training from Dublin City University and an Msc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from the University of Ulster.
Alexe has joined FinReg Global as a FIT ICT Associate Professional Tech Apprentice Software Developer where he is involved in planning projects, engineering and product development and platform support.
He is currently receiving industry training as part of the apprenticeship. By the end he will be qualified as a Software Developer with a Higher Certificate in Software Development and Industry Certifications.
Prior to becoming an apprentice Alexe has previously studied at Dublin Business School where he completed a diploma in Principles of Programming and worked in the construction industry for home renovation and concrete reinforcement companies.
Chris has joined FinReg Global as a FIT ICT Associate Professional Tech Apprentice Software Developer where he is involved in planning projects, engineering, product development and platform support.
He has concluded his six-month industry training period, having completed the modules Object and Event Oriented Programming, Web Development and Project Management among others. Chris has now transitioned into the office part time. Upon completion, his apprenticeship will award him a Higher Certificate in Software Development.
Prior to his apprenticeship, Chris achieved a Certificate in Computer Science from Blackrock Further Education College.
Alastair is a board member of FinReg Global. In his role as board member of FinReg Global, Alastair’s primary responsibilities are strategy and commercialisation.
Alastair is EisnerAmper Ireland’s Managing Partner and leads the Firm’s Advisory practice. He also sits on the Board of EisnerAmper Global. He is Vice-Chairman of the Quality Assurance Committee (“QAC”) of the Chartered Accountants Regulatory Board (“CARB”). The QAC is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations applicable to Chartered Accountants. Alastair is also a former member of CARB’s Professional Standards Committee.
Frank is a board member of FinReg Global. Frank is a long time lecturer on Chartered Accountants Ireland’s (“CAI”) Final Admitting Exams (“FAE”) program specialising in the delivery of the “Core” (multidisciplinary) papers. Frank has also acted as External Examiner for the Institute of Bankers and UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business.
In his role as board member of FinReg Global, Frank’s primary responsibilities are advisory and commercialisation.
Frank is a partner at EisnerAmper Ireland and is the firm’s Head of Client Internationalisation. Frank leads the provision of the Firm’s Training & Consulting services. Frank leads a team which consults upon, designs and delivers bespoke professional training programs to public and private sector organisations.
Niall is a Board Member of FinReg Global and was previously CEO. He is an electronic engineer by qualification but has spent most of his career on the commercial rather than the technical side of business.
Prior to FinReg Global, with over 15 years sales marketing and business development experience behind him in the contract manufacturing and telecoms industries, he set up his own business www.mycharity.ie in 2006. 7 years later the business was acquired by Blackbaud PLC.
Having exited the business from an ownership perspective Niall stayed working for the new owners for 3 years, cementing the business number 1 position in the charity fundraising space in Ireland, before leaving to pursue other interests culminating in joining FinReg Global.
Charles Weinstein is the Chief Executive Officer of EisnerAmper LLP and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Charly has held leadership positions throughout his entire career and has been quoted in local, regional, and national publications on the impact of new technologies and artificial intelligence.
Charly holds a number of corporate, industry, and charitable positions. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is past-chairman of its Personal Liability Insurance Program and served on the Nominating Committee. Charly was previously named Accountant of the Year by the Association for Corporate Growth.
Charly serves on the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society of New York City. He is the author of Establishing a Financial Framework For Your Company, is a frequent speaker before professional audiences and has lectured at universities on the topic of ethics in public accounting. He served on the faculty for The Learning Annex, where he taught a course on accounting.
