David as FinReg's CEO is responsible for all aspects of the business, including the delivery of the strategy agreed and set by him and the rest of the Board. David has 15 years of executive level experience globally across the aviation, telecoms, and software sectors. Most Recently he was CEO of Seraph Aviation Group, a Dublin based Aviation Asset Manager with $5B of Assets under management.
David was also the Founder and Director of spin off entity ‘Aerlytix’, a SaaS company for the aviation sector focused on transforming aviation finance with technology and analytics, and Winner of Airline Economics Tech Innovation of the year 2022.
Prior to Seraph Aviation, David worked for Denis O'Brien as CEO Digicel (Telecoms) across numerous markets – Caribbean, Central America and Pacific, with revenue responsibility $500M and 1,000+ staff.
